We are a Model and Talent Agency located in NORTHBAY ONTARIO, however we represent people from all over the world!
We focus on good self esteem it is important for all our talent to realize you don’t have to be stick thin to be considered beautiful, real people with real curves is what we thrive to produce!
We represent everyone to Plus Size to infants. We don’t care what size they are or how old they are. Each contest will be in categories giving everyone a fair chance! Feel free to browse some of the talent we have and you will se why we think we are a step above all the rest. We offer classes for self esteem acting classes for all ages. And we always make sure everyone has fun ! Our younger models have to stay in school, stay away from drugs if we feel their grades are slipping or they are developing any sort of health issues we make sure they get the help they need before the continue. We put our clients first!

Guidlines For Signing With Us! If you have any other questions contact us!

Guidelines for signing !
1. While you can book your own work if something comes along but you still must pay my commission.
2. I contact you of a possible shoot, once you agree to work it, you must show up. Or you will be let go from the agency. It is a job after all.
3. At anytime if you are suspected of drug use or eating disorder you will be let go. You are more than welcome to come back once you get help. If you do not know how to go about helping yourself or your child I will be more than happy to help you find any help needed.
4. You must act professional with all other photographers, make up artists, designers, other models. Treating others with respect at all times is a must. And you will be treated the same way.
5. I will always protect your rights as your agent. If at anytime someone makes you feel uncomfortable or treats you in a threatening manor I will deal with it. If you get to a job and its not what you have signed up for its your right to walk away. Your safety and well being is my number one concern.
6. You must pay any extra initiation fees for entering certain modeling contests that you would like to participate in. Other than that my company pays for all others.
7. Erin StJean Photography owns all copyrights.
8. If you are under 18 you must be attending school, if your parents call me and let me know your grades are dropping or they are concerned I will not book you any work till you can get back to your priorities.
9. Male and Female Models YOU CANNOT BRING YOUR BOYFRIEND OR GIRLFRIENDS TO PHOTO SHOOTS!!! It tends to cause problems we find models work better without their better halves watching.
10. If you are a Minor your parents are more than welcome to come watch the shoots we prefer it if someone does. You must have a legal guardian there, again you can have me do it. Most Parents do, when you need me to act as your childs guardian I stay with them at all times we travel together if need be, they will never be left alone at any time. I take that role very seriously all my models come first. If at anytime you are worried about your child you have the right to pull out of the contract. However once you agree to let your child work a job, they must work it. I always make sure the parents have some say on what they prefer printed. HOWEVER please remember while I will shoot your child most of the time, at other times they may be hired to work with a different photographer, you need to respect the photographers artistic approach and wait to see the finished product. Sometimes the clients are looking for certain looks etc...

For valuable consideration, I hereby agree for ERIN STJEAN the absolute and irrevocable right and permission with respect to the photographs that she has taken of __________________in which she may be included with others:a) To copyright the same in ERIN STJEAN name or any other name that she may select;b) To use, re-use, publish and re-publish the same in whole or in part, separately or in conjunction with other photographs, in any medium now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever, including (but not by way of limitation) illustration, promotion, advertising and trade, and;c) To use my name ____________in connection therewith if she so decides. To use my photography in contests. To represent myself in the chosen contests for up to 24 months. As Said Manager. (If you win any said contest they will receive 45% of all profits.) Erin StJean will notify you of the said contests.
a) Erin STJEAN To act as agent and agency for myself. Erin StJean receives 45% profits of my work in the industry. And I will make the rest of the profit. (You keep any and all tips)
b) I agree and understand that I am responsible to pay for any extra initiation fees for any said contests or work. I hereby release and discharge Erin STJEAN from all and any claims and demands ensuing from or in connection with the use of the photographs, including any and all claims for libel and invasion of privacy.
This authorization and release shall inure to the benefit of the legal representatives, licensees and assigns of photographer ERIN STJEAN as well as the person(s) for whom she took the photographs.
(Only sign this part if you intend for me to act as your childs guardian when you can not) I hereby Agree to have ERIN STJEAN act as my minor child ____________ legal guardian.
b) for Erin StJean to make any legal decisions regarding my childs career and best interests.

We usually use Nathalie for our makeup Artist she is amazing! I would highly recommend her to anyone who is modeling, getting married etc...And I also recommend her products for skin care for all our models. She will be at some of the searchs so she can you all models tips and she will be available for makeup retouching.
